Common questions and quick fixes for smooth sailing with Reel.
❓ Why isn’t my video generating?
✅ Make sure you’ve correctly used the /reel prefix in Telegram.
If your prompt doesn’t include /reel, it won’t trigger video generation.
✅ Avoid unsupported characters or excessively long prompts.
Try simplifying and resending if nothing happens after 1–2 minutes.
❓ My video is stuck or slow to load?
🎥 High server demand can slow down generation times.
Just wait a few minutes — Reel will notify you when it’s ready.

❓ Why does my video have black bars?
Veo3’s default output includes cinematic black borders.
Reel automatically removes these when you hit Reformat for Socials, so your content is ready to post without extra editing. On the very rare occasion, black borders may still filter through.
❓ Why does my image-to-video output look distorted or skewed in Telegram?
Sometimes when generating videos from an image prompt, the Telegram preview may display the video with stretched or distorted dimensions — usually appearing compressed or skewed.
✅ Rest assured, this is only a visual glitch on Telegram’s end.
Here’s what you can do:
💡 Simply save the video to your device (phone or desktop) and open it in your default video player. You’ll see the video displays as expected — clear, centered, and undistorted.
📌 Unfortunately, this is a known Telegram rendering issue that we don’t currently control, but your content is 100% intact.
❓ I’m seeing watermarks — how do I remove them?
Watermarks are included for free-tier users.

❓ Can I edit my video after generating it?
Not within Reel (yet).
For now, we recommend editing with your favorite video app if you want to make cuts or changes beyond the formatting tools.
❓ My social account didn’t post — what happened?
You may need to reauthorize your account.
This can happen if your token expired or if platform permissions were revoked. Try disconnecting and reconnecting from the Share menu.
